Parking Lot Striping
Stalls - Roadways - Stencils - Access Aisles - Curbs
Line striping is a crucial part of maintaining your asphalt surfaces, enhancing safety, optimizing traffic flow, and giving your business a clean, professional appearance. Our line striping process is as follows:
Surface Preparation
We start each job by making sure the surface is clean and free of any loose debris. This includes pressure washing and scraping off old paint when necessary.
A thoroughly cleaned painting surface leads to better adhesion and a more durable product.

Layout
Layout involves accurate measurements to determine the placement of lines. Line placement is done with customers instructions, ADA guidelines, safety, and overall aesthetics in mind. Once the layout is determined, chalk line is used to mark out the areas to be striped.

Line Striping
We use Graco line striping equipment, the industry standard for reliability and performance. We most commonly use an acrylic-based solvent paint from Sherwin Williams. While more expensive than water-based paints, it provides a more attractive and durable finish.
Under regular to high-traffic conditions, this paint will last 12-24 months. Dry-time is less than 30 minutes in warm weather, meaning your parking lot can be back to fully functional the same day we come out.
We also offer thermoplastic markings on crosswalks and arrow markings for increased durability. Reflective beads can be added to provide additional visibility to any road marking.
